- One packet of easy to sprout Brown Lentil seeds – approx. 100g, can do about 3-5 sprouting sessions**
- One packet of easy to sprout Green or Black Mung beans – approx. 100g, can do about 3-5 sprouting sessions**
- Instructions and some sprouting tips
- One strip of water sterilization tablets – to be used in your final wash. This sterilization prolongs the fridge life of your sprouts.
